The Importance of Voting TODAY!

The Importance of Voting TODAY!

Here in California, there is a wide range of political parties being promoted, represented and voted for. It’s easy to become discouraged and tell yourself that “my vote doesn’t matter anyway…” when in reality it is our civic duty and responsibility to participate in the 2012 election.

Today, November 6, 2012 make it a point to stop by your designated voting booth location and cast your vote!  Our staff here at Remland Insurance woke up extra early this morning to hit the voting booths and make our voices heard! Each voter in our office waited in a line of 15-20 people before stepping up to the voting booth to cast their ballots! This is great news and shows that American’s are truly showing interest in deciding what the next 4 years of government look like!

Voting doesn’t guarantee that one’s political preferences will prevail, but choosing not to vote denies a person one of the key tools of having a say in a democracy!
