Orange International Street Fair – Labor Day Weekend 2013
It is officially “Labor Day Weekend” according to the Old Towne Orange Plaza …and that means the Orange International Street Fair is OFFICIALLY HERE! The event started back in 1973 and has grown each year since making it one of the most popular events in all of Orange County annually. Thousands of attendee’s line walk the streets of Old Towne Orange and dine on their favorite cultural treats as live music plays and local shops are open for business!
The OISF features 15 ethnic streets and 42 food and drink booths that are run by local non-profit groups who raise funds for local high schools, charities and churches. There is also a section for Arts & Crafts,Community Events, Local Businesses and of course Kids! It truly is a great time for the entire family, and the perfect way to spend your Labor Day weekend –August 30th – September 1st.
Parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhoods for free, and many local businesses open their lots to the public charging $5-10 per car depending on the proximity to the Plaza.
