When you get bored and find yourself looking for something constructive to do one evening, why not start planning for your annual maintenance check? Start a list now and it’ll make it that much easier when spring rolls around. Regular home maintenance is essential to keep your home in great condition, and it may even help to keep your California home insurance premiums down over the long term by reducing the risk of claims.
