Are You Really Properly Insured?
If you own a home in California you have to have California homeowners insurance. However, sometimes in the rush to get a home insured, we don’t take the time with our insurance agent to make sure we have ALL the right coverage.
We then find out, when there is a loss of some sort, that we in fact don’t have coverage for it! Now that’s frustrating! I would encourage you to read the attached article and take a serious look at your own California homeowner’s insurance policy to see if you have the coverage’s your need and want. Take the time to call your agent and work on getting that coverage’s put in place or increased. Now is the time to do it, not after a loss!
